Please ensure that the security deposit is validated before 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival in order to guarantee that the access code to the accommodations is provided to you in a timely manner. After 4:00 PM, staff will no longer be able to grant you access to the accommodations if the security deposit has not been previously validated. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodations: the entire security deposit will be forfeited in the event of noncompliance. The accommodations must be left in a reasonable and tidy condition. The refrigerator must be emptied upon departure: failure to do so will result in a €20 deduction from the security deposit. Dishes must be washed and put away: failure to do so will result in a €20 deduction from the security deposit. Trash must be disposed of properly (see the location of the waste disposal area/containers in the welcome booklet): failure to do so will result in a €20 deduction from the security deposit. Windows should be closed when leaving. No damages, breakages, or thefts are permitted. Check-out is by 11:00 AM at the latest, unless otherwise specified. Departing after the arrival of the cleaning service will incur a €50 deduction from the security deposit. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to respect the neighbors. Prostitution is strictly prohibited within the accommodations. We reserve the right to contact authorities in case of suspicion of prostitution, and the entire security deposit may be withheld.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
